Is growth investing long-term?
Growth investing typically has a longer-term focus because stocks are quite volatile. Usually, investors tend to hold their investments in growth stocks for several years and wait until the market finally appreciates.
Re: Is growth investing long-term?
Growth investing is often geared towards long-term, because they can be pretty unstable. The years of holding give time to be compounded, but it could be profitable in a good market in the short term.

Re: Is growth investing long-term?
It is long term in nature because the growth companies require some time to mature and the investors need to believe in long term investment before investing in them. They need to hold on to it for a long time.

You are investing in companies with prospect of growing in the future. Such companies normally take a few years to reach their potential. The investor must have a long term view, otherwise he could make a loss when selling.
