Mostly I buy because I usually enter during long-term trends. I'm just not a big fan of quick trades. But there are also many traders who sell, trying to profit for the short term movement especially during corrections.

Sure, it depends pretty much on where you live and how you go about it. You can't buy a house outright for $10,000 in most markets, however, in REITs or crowdfunding, that money is enough to invest.

That's true! Those are the major currency pairs that are being traded in the forex market. I would add that these are well-traded currencies and that is why they attract a lot of liquidity. But new traders should be careful of GBP/USD pairs because it's very volatile and can wipe your money quickly ...

Personally, I have some dollars sitting in my savings account for immediate cash flow and I put the rest into investments like ETFs and retirement funds. That way, I will have liquidity and also accumulate some for wealth building.
