Regional banks in the US are under pressure again after reports of big loan losses and fraud issues. Zions and Western Alliance were hit hard, shaking investor confidence. This reminds many of the 2023 mini-banking crisis. Honestly, people are just tired of banks acting surprised each time bad loans surface.

Do you think the banking sector learned anything from last time? Or are we heading for another mess?

Yeah but the panic is usually short. Once earnings settle, most of them will bounce back. It's just scary seeing the same headlines again.

I don't even feel safe keeping big money in regional banks anymore. They never seem ready when anything happens to their customers. It feels like deja vu.
