This is a good news from the National Bureau of Statistics. Nigeria’s GDP expanded by 4.23% in Q2, the fastest pace in almost four years. Oil output picked up, but agriculture and industry also held their ground. Honestly, this feels like a relief after so many quarters of slow growth. Back in 2022, I remember businesses closing in my area; now I see more shops opening again.
- Oil production boosted revenue
- Industry and agriculture added stability
- Fastest growth since 2021
