Real estate investment could take different shapes, depending upon the budget and personal experience of the investor. A rental property makes the most attractive investment for cashflows for the majority, but others have gone out for a quick return from house flipping. Another one is Real Estate Investment Trusts and real estate crowdfunding platforms. What's your take on this?

Owning investment in properties can yield cash from rents. House flipping gives quick profits at a much higher risk, especially in large markets. REITs are for investor who are rarely interested in direct management while seeking liquid assets.

I think that crowdfunding in real estate has made room for small investors, making it practical for them to be an active part of deals traditionally accessible only to high-net-worth individuals.
