Commodities will always depend on market conditions. So, that is what determines if it's the most profitable or not, but oil and gold have been performing well in the market for decades. High demand gives room for rapid increase in prices, thereby providing huge profit potentials to traders.

Natural gas has a great potential especially when it comes to the performance. A lot of investors made good gains from it.

I think it's all about timing profitability. I still belong to the school of thought that no single commodity is particularly the best
