What is the 3-5-7 rule in trading?

3-5-7 rule in the trading means planning the trade by setting a particular profit and risk proportion. The rules means targeting 3% profit and a 5% set max loss and 7% long term target. It keeps the traders disciplined and not making unnecessary risks.

For me, I think it's a rule that help to prevent emotions whenever you're trading. It just requires you to follow the rules strictly.

I believe that rule is just there to help maintain discipline and adhere to that rule to make trading effective.
