Long-term investment in stable and large firms is probably the best for most of the beginner investors and the best way of trading. The good thing is that it frees one from the noise of traders who keep buying and selling stocks making the market fluctuate greatly.

The best approach to this is a long-term investment and the best choice for new investors. The index funds or blue-chip stocks should be their first picks because they are safe, easy to manage, and capable of yielding reasonable returns.
